GOT MISTAKEN FOR BEING BRAZILIAN?!?

So this actually happened twice this week. We went to an inactive lady and after like 5 mins of talking she asked me if I was from Brazil. I told her no and that I am from the states. She looked at me shocked and said that I looked like I was from Brazil and that I have a Brazilian accent. Then, we had zone conference this week and I got paired up with a new sister to do practices. She is from Argentina and she asked me the same question after the practices. I am going to take those questions as compliments that I sound Latino.

We actually had some great weeks. The other week we went to Tacuati and had a great experience. We went to try to find this one family, but the location that we had was completely wrong. However, on the way we found this gas station that only had one pump. It was a cool walk during the sunset.

Also went to Concepcion and over there is super catholic. So, they have the huge statue of Maria. I took a picture in front of it with the Book of Mormon.

If yall want to talk about miracles... I got you one. On tuesday one of our lessons fell. So, I decided to go talk to this family that was sitting outside of their house. Whenever I do street contacts I always ask if they know a family or a person. I usually just say a random name that comes to my head. This time I used the name Luis. When I asked this family if they knew Luis, they responded saying,"Oh yeah, he lives right over there." This has never happened to me before, so I had no idea what to do. The daughter proceeded to show us the house. When we got there I had no idea what to do. We ended up clapping and the guy came out and we ended up teaching him. He told us that his parents and cousins are members and when he was little he went to church. Freaking crazy.

Then we went back to that family and taught them, AND THEY TOLD US THAT THEY USED TO GO TO CHURCH YEARS AGO TOO. It was nuts. We are now teaching all of them.

Zone conference was lit. For some odd reason I was getting called on a lot to talk. Got to talk with some missionaries from my other zones.

Other than that, we chilling out here in Paraguay. Love you all

From your favorite,
