Noah's Mission

ONE YEAR IN PARAGUAY!?! STILL ALIVE?! What's up y'all. Another week here down in the mission and it was a great week, but with little stories. This week we actually found 10 new people to teach. Lots of those people are family, but that's the goal here on the mission. Stay tuned for how these families progress. It's super hot here again, like we are 110 plus everyday here and we just started spring. My neck tan is coming back and I had to bring the hat back out. I am hoping that we don't have crazy rain stroms like we had last year. I have lived in Paraguay for a whole year now, that's pretty crazy. It's been super fun though. GOT MISTAKEN FOR BEING BRAZILIAN?!? So this actually happened twice this week. We went to an inactive lady and after like 5 mins of talking she asked me if I was from Brazil. I told her no and that I am from the states. She looked at me shocked and said that I looked like I was from Brazil and that I have a Brazilian accent. Then, we had zone conference this week and I got paired up with a new sister to do practices. She is from Argentina and she asked me the same question after the practices. I am going to take those questions as compliments that I sound Latino. We actually had some great weeks. The other week we went to Tacuati and had a great experience. We went to try to find this one family, but the location that we had was completely wrong. However, on the way we found this gas station that only had one pump. It was a cool walk during the sunset. DON'T LET THE BED BUGS BITE!?? Yeahhhh, so we found bed bugs we believe in my companions bed. Right when we were about to go to bed, my comp says, " Why are there so many bugs on the wall. Sure enough we looked under his mattress and found so many bed bugs. It was super nasty. We were up until 11 killing these things. Blessed that I didnt have them in my bed. I got to watch encanto in Spanish on Wednesday. It's pretty cool watching these Disney movies in Spanish and understanding. We found a family this week that has some interest in the church. We are for sure going to pass by and see what we can do. My companion and I were talking to this one guy on the street and we got his number so that we could pass by again. My comp ended up leaving his phone on the bench and someone took it. So we tired searching for it, but it was for nothing. Another than that I don't got a ton for this week.
