Noah's Mission

MARIHUANA!?! I AM A MISSIONARY SIR?!? I am back again and still alive. This week was a tough week, but super fun week. Started this week off with meeting our friend Luan. Luan is only 10 years old, and he loves the Gospel. Maybe because he is only 10 years old and things sound cool to 10 year olds kids, but he told us he wants to be a missionary. However, it is a little tough because we have not been able to talk to his family...until one day. This day we were talking with him and he left, we did not know whether to leave or to stay. 30 seconds later, his mom came out and didn't realize we were still there. We were able to talk with her for a bit and she told me, "Elder Ressel, you are weird." I was like uhhh what did I do? She told me that I have this funny energy, that I smiled at everything and that I was just this funny 19 year old kid. Which is facts because I am weird. SLEEP IS FOR THE WEAK!?! Another transfer down in the books. I am staying here in Pedro Juan for another transfer. I am actually super excited for this transfer. I got 6 weeks underneath my belt now and I know most of the people here now. Not a whole lot this week, because we traveled to the city this week for a conference with Elder Costa. However, I did have to travel 7 hours on a bus to get to the city. HOWEVER, I had the best sleep of my life because I stayed in a hotel when I arrived in the city. First time I slept on a legit bed in 7 months. Not to mention, I can't even describe how amazing that shower was. The conference was super cool. Elder Costa talked a lot about our mission purpose and how we need to focus on meeting our goals. Then after the conference we traveled back to Pedro Juan at 11 at night and arrived at 5:30 AM. Walked back to our house and slept for 30 mins. That was very fun. I am about to hit 7 months on my mission. Ahora yo hablo español. Entonces, si uste...
