EMERGENCY TRANSFERS!?? GOOD BYE LAMBARÉ!?! Well... as they say in life... expect the unexpected. This literally just happened a couple hours ago. We did our usual pday activity.. all you can eat pizza. Then after eating basically a whole pizza, I get a random call from our APs. I'm freaking out because it's 2 PM on a Monday. All of a sudden MY APs are telling me that I am going to be an office Elder. Since day one of the mission I knew I was going to be an office Elder. However, I am going to be a leader of this whole new program that the church is putting in our mission. I have to be packed and ready to go by Wednesday morning and will be having training all day. I literally have no idea what I'm doing and it's going to be so freakin lit. This also means that this will be my very last area in the mission before I come home. This mission has completely taken a turn. However, this was a very good week. Yesterday we had a crazy lesson with a lady. I have never ever seen a...

THE TRINTY!?! Another transfer in the book. Elder Boone got shipped off out super far in the middle of nowhere. My son is following in my footsteps. I am a proud father. And all of a sudden Pres decided to put me in a trio and run two areas again. BUT FINALLY I GOT A NATIVE COMPANION... and an American companion. Their names are Elder Villagomez and Elder Haslem. Elder Villagomez has 21 months in the mission and Elder Haslem has 6 months. My Spanish is about to get so much better now. Had a super cool lesson with this lady in the other area and she had a huge desire to go to church and asked a ton of questions about baptism. She actually didn't come to church... but we will see what we can do to help her progress with her daughter. Had zone conference yesterday and got to see a lot of the missionaries there. My companion from Pedro Juan bought me some things in the Chaco. I'll put a picture. Not a ton more happen because I also got the flu. First time I have had the flu in basi...

Miracles this week! What a week. We have had a really hard time helping our friends come to church. Basically for like the last 6 weeks. We have been doing everything possible to help out someone coming to church. When I spoke to my mission president about this topic, all he told me was that it's time to see how much faith I have and to pray for miracles. So, my daily prayers have turned into how I can see more miracles. This week we found a family that had a huge interest in coming to church and a member in the ward was willing to take them to church. Then on Saturday, we taught a girl with a member who was searching for a church. They all came on Sunday and enjoyed their time. Proves to me that God is a god of miracles... Mormon 9: 10 Elder Jára and I had exchanges this week. He is a new missionary from Chile and it's always great to be able to work on my Spanish. Whenever I have exchanges with native Spanish speakers I always ask a ton of questions to better my Spanish. The ...
