Noah's Mission

NADA How is it going everyone? This is going to be a short email because I do not have a ton to say. This week was a tough week. A lot of our lessons fell this week, so that just means a ton of walking.  We extended a baptism date for our friend Román and I am super excited for it. We actually have to plan his wedding too. We got to figure out how much it cost, where it is at and what day. It is super stressful, but it is also super fun.  One of our members in our branch opened his mission call and is going to Brazil. That was super cool to watch. Some members invited us over to have food. Of course I am going to say yes. He ended up making deer and catfish. I was a little nervous how he was cooking it, but it ended up being really good, especially the catfish. Other than that, I got nothing else for you guys. ONE YEAR HAS AN ADULT!?!? I have been an adult for 1 year now...hendy. Time flies by man. I will be honest with you guys, not a whole lot happened this week. Besides getting soaked ever single day this week from the rain, it was a pretty chill week. There is a store underneath us that got robbed. We were so confused, because when we looked out the window our street was closed off and people with guns and all this stuff were outside. We were about to leave to go to a lesson, but we decided maybe that wasn't the best of ideas to leave right there. I had my birthday this week and my family sent me some presents and some treats to snack on. One day we had lots of our lessons cancel, so we decided to go up to a bunch of people we had a little to much to drink and start contacting them and ended up playing some volleyball with them. NO POWER!?! NO WATER?!? NEW CALLING!?! GETTING ROBBED!?! WHAT DO I DO!?! I'M BACKKKKKKKK. I am sorry for not writing the last week. To say the least, I was fighting my way through the Jungle here in Pedro Juan. On the bright side, I found a water fall and it was pretty dope. Besides almost falling face first in mud, I say it was a success. But, Elder Ressel, what happened during the past 2 weeks? Well my fellow readers, let me tell you. Started off with not having power for 3 days. It rains like crazy here and it knocks our power out all the time. I just figured it would turn back on. Each day I was like okay okay it will turn on eventually. Never did. So being the big boy I am, I asked the person to help us and all he did was flip the breaker that was behind my closet.
